Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Mealory mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). You must be at least 18 years of age or older to use the App. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

Use License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for your personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the App. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or systems used to provide the App.

User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account and to update such information as needed. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

Subscription Terms
Mealory offers paid subscriptions on a monthly or yearly basis. Your subscription is billed in advance and will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current subscription period. You may cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play account settings; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We reserve the right to change subscription prices or introduce new fees with reasonable advance notice. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods. All payments and subscriptions are processed securely through Google Play Billing.

Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You may not:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe or misappropriate our intellectual property or the rights of others.
Upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, defamatory or violates the rights of others.
Disrupt or interfere with the security or functionality of the App or the servers or networks used to make the App available.
Use any automated means to access or monitor the App without our prior written permission.

Content Disclaimer section

All restaurant and meal information displayed in the app is provided for informational and discovery purposes only.
Mealory does not claim affiliation, partnership, or endorsement by any third-party restaurants or platforms.

Account Termination
We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate or suspend your account and access to the App for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or for other legitimate reasons, including prolonged inactivity or suspected fraudulent activity.

Disclaimer of Warranty
The App and all content and services provided through it are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses, damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, or conduct of any third party using the App.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice via the App or by other means. By continuing to use the App after the changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the App.

قبول الشروط
باستخدامك لتطبيق Mealory (“التطبيق”)، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام (“الشروط”). يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 18 عامًا لاستخدام التطبيق. إذا لم توافق على أي جزء من هذه الشروط، فيرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

رخصة الاستخدام
نمنحك ترخيصًا غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل وقابلاً للإلغاء لاستخدام التطبيق لأغراضك الشخصية وغير التجارية. لا يجوز لك إعادة إنتاج أو تعديل أو توزيع أو عرض أو نشر أو ترخيص أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة أو نقل أو بيع أي معلومات أو برامج أو منتجات أو خدمات يتم الحصول عليها من التطبيق. كما لا يجوز لك الهندسة العكسية أو فك أو تجميع أي برامج أو أنظمة تستخدم لتوفير التطبيق.

حساب المستخدم
أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات اعتماد حسابك وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم تحت حسابك. توافق على تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة وحديثة عند إنشاء حسابك وتحديثها عند الحاجة. توافق على عدم انتحال شخصية أي شخص أو جهة أو تقديم معلومات مضللة عن صلتك بأي شخص أو جهة. إذا علمت بأي استخدام غير مصرح به لحسابك، يجب عليك إخطارنا فورًا.

شروط الاشتراك
يقدم Mealory اشتراكات مدفوعة على أساس شهري أو سنوي. يُحصَّل الاشتراك مقدمًا ويتم تجديده تلقائيًا ما لم تقم بإلغائه قبل نهاية فترة الاشتراك الحالية. يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت عبر إعدادات حسابك في Google Play، ويصبح الإلغاء ساريًا في نهاية دورة الفوترة الحالية. نحتفظ بالحق في تغيير أسعار الاشتراك أو فرض رسوم جديدة بإشعار مسبق معقول. لا تُقدم استردادات عن أجزاء غير مستخدمة من فترة الاشتراك. تتم معالجة جميع المدفوعات والاشتراكات بشكل آمن عبر نظام فوترة Google Play.

الاستخدامات المحظورة
توافق على عدم استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني أو محظور. لا يجوز لك:

انتهاك أي قوانين أو لوائح سارية.
التعدي على حقوق الملكية الفكرية الخاصة بنا أو بالآخرين.
تحميل أو نشر أو إرسال أو إتاحة أي محتوى غير قانوني أو ضار أو مسيء أو تشهيري أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين.
تعطيل أو التدخل في أمن أو وظائف التطبيق أو الخوادم أو الشبكات المستخدمة لتشغيل التطبيق.
استخدام أي وسائل آلية للوصول إلى التطبيق أو مراقبته دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

قسم إخلاء المسؤولية عن المحتوى

جميع معلومات المطاعم والوجبات المعروضة في التطبيق هي لأغراض الاستكشاف والمعلومات فقط.
ولا يدّعي تطبيق Mealory أي شراكة أو تمثيل أو اعتماد من أي مطاعم أو منصات خارجية.

إنهاء الحساب
يجوز لنا، وفقًا لتقديرنا ودون إشعار مسبق، إنهاء أو تعليق حسابك والوصول إلى التطبيق إذا رأينا أن سلوكك ينتهك هذه الشروط أو يضر بالمستخدمين الآخرين أو لأي أسباب مشروعة أخرى، بما في ذلك عدم النشاط لفترة طويلة أو الاشتباه في نشاط احتيالي.

إخلاء مسؤولية الضمان
يُقدَّم التطبيق وجميع المحتويات والخدمات المتاحة من خلاله “كما هي” و”كما هو متاح” دون أي ضمانات. لا نضمن أن يكون التطبيق خاليًا من الأخطاء أو أن يتم تصحيح العيوب أو أن تكون الخوادم خالية من الفيروسات أو المكونات الضارة الأخرى. استخدامك للتطبيق يكون على مسؤوليتك الشخصية.

الحد من المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لن نكون مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو عقابية تنشأ عن استخدامك للتطبيق أو عدم قدرتك على استخدامه. يشمل ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، الأضرار الناتجة عن فقدان الأرباح أو البيانات أو أي خسائر غير ملموسة، أو الأضرار الناتجة عن وصول غير مصرح به أو تعديل البيانات، أو تصرفات أي طرف ثالث يستخدم التطبيق.

القانون المعمول به
تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسر وفقًا لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية. توافق على أن تكون محاكم جدة في السعودية هي المختصة حصريًا في أي نزاع ينشأ عن أو يتعلق بالتطبيق أو بهذه الشروط.

تعديلات على الشروط
يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط أو تعديلها في أي وقت. إذا أجرينا تغييرات جوهرية، سنقوم بإشعارك عبر التطبيق أو وسائل أخرى. باستخدامك للتطبيق بعد أن تصبح التغييرات سارية، فإنك توافق على الشروط المعدلة. إذا لم توافق على التغييرات، ينبغي عليك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق.
