CaloV – Account Deletion

Effective Date: March 30, 2026

If you wish to delete your CaloV account and all associated data, please follow the steps below:

How to Delete Your Account:
1. Open the CaloV mobile application
2. Go to “Settings”
3. Tap on “Delete Account”
4. Confirm your request

What Happens When You Delete Your Account:
– Your account will be permanently deleted
– All personal data (name, email address, phone number, and city) will be removed
– All health and fitness data (weight, height, meals, calories, macros, goals, and water intake) will be deleted
– All uploaded food images will be deleted
– App usage data associated with your account will be removed

Important Notice:
Deleting your CaloV account does NOT automatically cancel your active subscription.

If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through Google Play:
– Open Google Play Store
– Go to Payments & Subscriptions
– Select Subscriptions
– Choose CaloV
– Tap Cancel Subscription

Data Retention:
– Your data will be deleted immediately or within a maximum of 30 days
– Some minimal data may be retained if required by law or for fraud prevention

Alternative Deletion Request:
