1. Scope of This Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations, renewals, billing, and refund requests are handled for users who purchase premium features within the CaloV mobile application through the Google Play Store.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

2. Subscription Processing Through Google Play

All subscriptions for premium features are offered and processed exclusively through the Google Play Store.

CaloV does not directly process payments and does not have access to your credit card or billing information.

All billing transactions, recurring charges, and payment authorizations are handled solely by Google Play in accordance with its own terms and conditions.

3. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the renewal date.

By subscribing, you expressly agree to automatic recurring billing.

You are responsible for monitoring your subscription renewal dates through your Google Play account.

Failure to cancel before the renewal deadline will result in automatic renewal and applicable charges.

4. How to Cancel a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.

To cancel:

1. Open the Google Play Store;

2. Go to your Profile;

3. Select “Payments & Subscriptions”;

4. Tap “Subscriptions”;

5. Select CaloV;

6. Choose “Cancel Subscription.”

CaloV cannot cancel subscriptions on behalf of users and does not have technical control over subscription management within Google Play.

5. Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel a subscription:

• You will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period;

• No further renewals will occur after the current period expires;

• Cancellation does not result in an immediate refund for unused time.

  6. Refund Policy

  Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google Play.

  Refund eligibility, processing times, and approval decisions are determined solely by Google Play according to its policies.

  CaloV does not issue refunds directly and cannot override Google Play’s decisions.

  7. Account Deletion and Active Subscriptions

  Deleting your CaloV account does NOT automatically cancel your active subscription.

  If you delete your account without canceling your subscription through Google Play, recurring charges may continue.

  You must cancel your subscription separately via Google Play before deleting your account if you wish to avoid further charges.

  8. Pricing Transparency

  All subscription pricing, billing intervals, and renewal terms are clearly displayed within the Google Play Store prior to purchase.

  By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the pricing and renewal conditions.

  9. Modifications to This Policy

  We reserve the right to update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.

  Continued use of the App after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

  2. معالجة الاشتراكات عبر Google Play

  لا يقوم تطبيق CaloV بمعالجة المدفوعات مباشرة ولا يملك أي وصول إلى بيانات بطاقتك البنكية أو معلومات الفوترة.

  تتم جميع عمليات الفوترة والتحصيل المتكرر والتفويضات المالية حصريًا بواسطة Google Play وفقًا لشروطه الخاصة.

  3. التجديد التلقائي

  تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا في نهاية كل فترة فوترة ما لم يتم إلغاؤها قبل أربع وعشرين (24) ساعة على الأقل من تاريخ التجديد.

  من خلال الاشتراك، فإنك توافق صراحة على الفوترة المتكررة التلقائية.

  تقع على عاتقك مسؤولية متابعة مواعيد تجديد الاشتراك عبر حسابك في Google Play.

  عدم الإلغاء قبل الموعد المحدد سيؤدي إلى التجديد التلقائي وتحميل الرسوم المستحقة.

  4. كيفية إلغاء الاشتراك

  يمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت عبر إعدادات حسابك في Google Play.

  لإلغاء الاشتراك:

  1. افتح متجر Google Play؛

  2. انتقل إلى الملف الشخصي؛

  3. اختر “المدفوعات والاشتراكات”؛

  4. اضغط على “الاشتراكات”؛

  5. اختر CaloV؛

  6. اضغط على “إلغاء الاشتراك”.

  لا يمكن لـ CaloV إلغاء الاشتراكات نيابة عن المستخدمين ولا يملك تحكمًا تقنيًا في إدارة الاشتراكات داخل Google Play.

  5. أثر الإلغاء

  عند إلغاء الاشتراك:

  • سيستمر وصولك إلى الميزات المدفوعة حتى نهاية فترة الفوترة الحالية؛

  • لن يتم تجديد الاشتراك بعد انتهاء الفترة الحالية؛

  • لا يؤدي الإلغاء إلى استرداد فوري عن الفترة غير المستخدمة.

    6. سياسة الاسترداد

    يجب تقديم طلبات الاسترداد مباشرة إلى Google Play.

    تخضع أهلية الاسترداد ومدد المعالجة وقرارات الموافقة لسياسات Google Play حصريًا.

    لا يقوم CaloV بإصدار استردادات مباشرة ولا يمكنه تجاوز قرارات Google Play.

    7. حذف الحساب والاشتراكات النشطة

    حذف حسابك في CaloV لا يؤدي تلقائيًا إلى إلغاء الاشتراك النشط.

    إذا قمت بحذف الحساب دون إلغاء الاشتراك عبر Google Play، فقد تستمر الرسوم المتكررة.

    يجب عليك إلغاء الاشتراك بشكل منفصل عبر Google Play قبل حذف الحساب لتجنب أي رسوم مستقبلية.

    8. شفافية التسعير

    يتم عرض جميع أسعار الاشتراكات وفترات الفوترة وشروط التجديد بوضوح داخل متجر Google Play قبل إتمام الشراء.

    بإتمام عملية الشراء، فإنك تؤكد أنك اطلعت على شروط التسعير والتجديد ووافقت عليها.

    9. تعديل هذه السياسة

    نحتفظ بالحق في تحديث سياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد في أي وقت.

    استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد سريان التحديث يُعد موافقة على السياسة المعدلة.
