How to Delete Your Account
If you would like to permanently delete your CaloV account and all associated data, please follow these steps:
Open the CaloV application.
Navigate to Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm your deletion request.
What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following actions will be taken:
Your account will be permanently removed from our active systems.
All personal information associated with your account, including your name, email address, phone number, and city, will be deleted.
All health and nutrition data associated with your account, including weight, height, meals, calorie records, macronutrient data, nutrition goals, and water intake records, will be deleted.
All food images associated with your account will be removed from active storage systems.
Application usage data linked to your account will be deleted.
Important Subscription Notice
Deleting your CaloV account does not automatically cancel any active subscription.
If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through the platform where the subscription was purchased.
For Google Play (Android)
Open the Google Play Store.
Go to Payments & Subscriptions.
Select Subscriptions.
Select CaloV.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
For Apple App Store (iOS)
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your Apple ID profile.
Select Subscriptions.
Choose CaloV.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Data Retention
Your data will be deleted within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of your deletion request.
We may retain limited information in the following circumstances:
Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.
Accounting, tax, or billing record requirements.
Fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or platform security purposes.
Certain information may remain temporarily within secure backup systems before being permanently removed according to our data retention policies.
Food Images and Backups
Food images associated with your account will be deleted from active storage systems. Any related backup copies will be scheduled for deletion according to our established backup retention cycle.
Alternative Deletion Request
If you cannot access your account, you may request account and data deletion by contacting us at:

We may request additional information to verify account ownership before processing the deletion request.
Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable period not exceeding 30 days from the date the request is received.
Privacy and Data Protection
All account and data deletion requests are handled in accordance with the CaloV Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
